Academy Policy and Student Code of Conduct

Welcome to our academy. We strive to provide a safe and productive learning environment for all students. To achieve this goal, we expect all students to abide by the following policies and code of conduct:

  1. Attendance: Regular attendance is essential for student success in our courses. Students are expected to attend all scheduled classes and complete all assignments and exams on time.
  2. Professionalism: Students are expected to behave in a professional and respectful manner towards fellow students, instructors, and academy staff. Disruptive or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated.
  3. Academic Integrity: Students are expected to maintain the highest standards of academic integrity. Cheating, plagiarism, or any other form of academic misconduct is strictly prohibited.
  4. Technology Usage: Students are expected to use technology provided by the academy for educational purposes only. Any inappropriate use of technology, including social media usage during class, is prohibited.
  5. Discrimination and Harassment: Discrimination or harassment of any kind, including on the basis of race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, or disability, is not tolerated at our academy.
  6. Safety: Students are expected to maintain a safe and healthy learning environment for themselves and others. Any actions or behaviors that could endanger themselves or others are prohibited.
  7. Privacy: Students are expected to respect the privacy of their fellow students and instructors. Any unauthorized sharing of personal information is prohibited.

By enrolling in our courses, students agree to abide by these policies and code of conduct. Failure to comply may result in disciplinary action, including expulsion from the academy.

Refunds: We offer a refund policy for students who have paid for the course but are unable to attend for various reasons. The refund policy is as follows:

  1. A full refund will be issued if the student cancels their enrollment at least two weeks prior to the start of the course.
  2. A 50% refund will be issued if the student cancels their enrollment within two weeks of the start of the course.
  3. No refunds will be issued once the course has started.

If a student is dismissed from the academy for violation of the policies and code of conduct, no refund will be issued.

Thank you for your cooperation and adherence to our policies and code of conduct. We look forward to a successful and productive learning experience for all students.
